Because we went in the off-season, the condo itself was super cheap and we split the cost with my sister. With a little bit of research I found a condo complex that had 6 pools (1 indoor and one a child wading pool), 2 hot tubs indoor, tennis and racquetball courts, playgrounds, and basketball hoops. It was too chilly to use anything but the indoor pool and hot tubs (well, Ella braved the cold weather to go in the wading pool), but it was perfect for us.

Please tell me we will be hearing more about this? A trip to Zion and all you report on is the condo? Now, Cam...
ReplyDeleteI think this is one of the most AWESOME drives we've ever taken! Loved the tunnel...even more special when we learned they started from each end AND MET IN THE MIDDLE...AND IT WORKED!!
ReplyDeleteWell, you know, I don't want ANYONE to think we spend money frivolously. We saved up for months to spend 2 days away.
ReplyDeleteNot much else to tell, except Ella didn't want to leave. We hiked about 1.2 miles and saw very little of the park, but it's only 2.5 hours away so we hope to go back. And the weather was just perfect. Traveling with a baby means lots of naps and seeing the inside of the car and condo! :-)
Bonnie, please don't tell Mitch. I told him it didn't go anywhere. :-)
