Coconut Cream Syrup
2 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 Tabelspoons sugar
1 teaspoon coconut extract
Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and whisk constantly until sugar has melted and the syrup is heated through.

I am eager to try this recipe. I had cocnut syrup in hawaii many years ago and it was so yummy!
